Ingredients

Chicken: 250 gms

Shallots: 5 – 6 numbers (paste)

Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon

Kashmiri red chilly: 1 teaspoon

Ginger Garlic paste: 1 tablespoon

Coriander Powder: ½ teaspoon

Curry Leaves: few

Salt: as required

Oil: for frying


Methods

Clean chicken pieces.

Marinate chicken pieces with shallot paste, kashmiri chilly, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt & one teaspoon of oil. Keep it for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in pan, curry leaves sauté till crispy, add marinated chicken & fry well till golden red in colour.

Serve with chapatti, porotta, naan, appam.
