Drumstick / Muringaka: 5 sticks
Onion: 2 numbers (medium diced)
Green Chilly: 2 numbers
Ginger Garlic: 1/2 tablespoon (chopped)
Milk: ½ cup
Turmeric Powder: ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala Powder: ½ teaspoon
Shallots: 2 – 3 numbers
Mustard: ½ teaspoon
Curry leaves: few
Salt: as required
Clean drumstick. Cut drum stick in pieces. 1 medium drumstick = 4 pieces
Heat pan add oil, put chopped onion, green chilly & sauté.
Add chopped ginger, garlic, sauté well till raw smell goes.
Add coriander powder, turmeric, salt & garam masala powder & sauté well till raw smell of masala goes. Add drmstic pieces to it & mix well.
Add 2 1/2 glass of water & keep for cooking. When boil comes add curry leaves to it & cook till gravy starts to become semi thick.
To this add milk, when boil comes switch off flame.
Heat oil in another pan, splutter mustards, add chopped shallots & fry till brown in colour.
Switch off flame & season curry with this. Serve curry after 5 minutes.
