Carrot: 1 number (Medium Size)

Drum Stick: 2 numbers

Yam: 1/3 cup (chopped)

Beans (Long Beans): 2 numbers

Bottle Guard: 1/3 cup (chopped)

Coconut: 1 cup (grated)

Curd: ½ cup

Green Chilly: 1 number

Shallots: 3 – 4 numbers

Cumin Seed: ¾ teaspoon

Curry Leaves: 2 springs

Turmeric: ½ teaspoon

Coconut Oil: 2 tablespoon

Salt: as required


Cook vegetables with water salt and turmeric (water should be ¾ of vegetable)

Grind coconut, shallots, green chilly, turmeric, cumin seeds and salt together (not to be in paste form)

Add this grinded mix to cooked vegetables and mix well on low flame

Add curd to this mixture and sauté well softly (vegetables should not break)

Add curry leaves and table spoon of coconut oil and keep for cooking till it boil

Turn off flame when it start boiling

Add one tablespoon of coconut oil and keep it close for 10 to 15 minutes

It can be served with rice
