Ada: 1 packet (200 gms)

Milk: 1.5 litres

Jaggery: 500 gms

Sao / Sabudana: 1 teaspoon

Cardamom: ½ teaspoon

Cashew nut: 50 gms

Raisin: 50 gms

Ghee: 2 tablespoon


Boil milk & keep aside

Keep ada in a vessel, put hot water above it & close with lid, keep it for 15 minutes then drain water

Add 3 glasses of thin milk to it & let it cook for 20 minutes

Add remaining milk then cook till it comes in a creamy consistency

Put cardamom powder & mix well

Take Jaggery make thick syrup

Add jiggery syrup & immediately switch off flame then mix well

Garnish with cashew nut & raisins.

Serve hot or cool
