Creamy Semiya Payasam

Ingredients

Vermicelli: 50 grams

Milk: 1 litre

Condensed Milk: ½ of 1 tin

Elachi: 3 numbers (powdered)

Cashew nuts: 2 tablespoon

Raisins: 2 tablespoon

Ghee: 1 tablespoon


Method

Roast vermicelli till light brown in colour.

Boil milk in bowl, to this add vermicelli, condensed milk, elachi mix well.

Cook for 15 – 20 minutes.

Switch off flame & add fried cashew nuts & raisins.

Serve hot.
