Egg: 2 numbers
Onion: 1 number (big size)
Green chilly: 1 – 2 numbers
Pepper powder: ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric Powder: a pinch
Curry leaves: 2 – 3 leaves
Salt: as required
Ghee / Butter: 2 tablespoon
Take eggs & beat well.
Add finely chopped onion, green chili & curry leaves.
Add pepper powder, turmeric powder & salt. Beat well .
Heat pan put 1 tsp butter on it & spread.
Put half of the egg mix on the pan & spread with spoon.
Put little butter above it.
When one side is done then turn on the next side.
Repeat the same process & prepare another omlette with remaining mix.
Can be served with rice or chappati or as a small breakfast.
