Ingredients

Curd:  2 cup

Shallots/ Kochulli: 5 number

Green chili: 1 number

Ginger: 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic: ½ teaspoon

Curry leaves: 3 – 4 leaves

Mustard seeds: ½ teaspoon

Oil: 2 teaspoon

Salt: as required


Method

Finely chop shallots, green chili, ginger & garlic.

Heat oil in pan splutter mustard add finely chopped shallots, green chili, ginger & garlic. Sauté well till onions are transparent.

Add curry leaves & salt. Mix well.

Add curd to this mix & sauté well for 2 – 3 minutes.

Switch off flame. Pachadi is ready to serve.
